Made in Rivendell, the creator of this pendant was probably from Eregion or inspired by the work of the craftsmen of Ost-in-Edhil. It features two feminine figures as well as intricate and flowing elements. The overall shapes are associated with the Noldor. Although now slightly worn out, it is also inscribed with the sindarin words cova (to come together), natha(to help), ephola(to remember), linna (to sing). All reminiscent of the history of Imladris.

Why Pewter ?

« The Edain brought with them many treasures of gold and silver, and gems also; but they did not find these things in Númenor ». Nor shall you find any of these things on my shop. I only use an alloy of tin commonly referred to as lead-free pewter. The alloy I use is produced in the UK and made to European Standard EN611.

The qualities of pewter are unique and allow me to create intricate details necessary to turn my designs into actual artefacts. Just like the Noldorin master Mahtan who valued copper over gold, I value the design of my pieces above expensive materials.
